What's the refund policy?

Subcontracting to 6 Figures is non-refundable. Once you enroll, you have full, immediate access to the program — the curriculum, the templates, the community, and Dr. Des herself. Because of that, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, partial or otherwise. We're asking you to commit to doing the work. If you're not ready to commit, this isn't the program for you — and we'd rather you know that up front.

When does the cohort start and how long is it?

The cohort officially begins Monday, June 29, 2026. New modules drop weekly for six weeks, with a live weekly Q&A and the Week 6 live workshop — “What to Do After You Land Your First Contract.”

However, you don't have to wait until June 29 to get started. If you enroll in time to claim them, you get instant access to your bonuses: the Land Your First Contract Toolkit, the AI Intensive, and the CEO Bootcamp. So you can start building immediately and walk into the cohort already moving.

How long do I have access to each bonus?

How long does it take to land my first contract?

It depends on you and the work you put in — but we have a lot of proof that it doesn't have to take long. Taylor B. landed a $32K contract one month after the cohort ended. Ayo A. got her notice of award one month in. Lora D. closed her first client three months in. Dr. Lea took five months. The cohort gives you the framework — how fast you move it forward is up to you.

I don't have a consulting business yet. Is this for me?

Yes — this is exactly who Module 1 and Module 2 are built for. By the end of Week 2 you'll have a niche, an entity, a capability statement, and a past-performance template. You don't need to “have a consulting business” to start — you need a system. That's what S26F is.

Do I have to leave my full-time job?

No. Dr. Des landed $135,000 in consulting revenue her first year while still working full-time in public health. Many alumni stay in their day job and use consulting for $10K–$30K side contracts. Others use the cohort to plan a full transition. Both paths work.

How is this different from the AI Intensive Course?

The AI Intensive is a standalone product about using AI tools to run a consulting practice. S26F is the full 5-module framework plus the Week 6 live workshop: niche, business, brand, pipeline, proposal, and what to do after you win. If you enroll in S26F on or before June 20, you get the AI Intensive included as a bonus — a $2,000 product, free, with 6 months of access.

Is the CEO Circle included?

No. Subcontracting to 6 Figures ($997) is the standalone offer on this page. The CEO Circle is a separate, optional add-on you'll see at checkout for those who want 1:1 time with Dr. Des plus 12 months of full CEO Circle access. It's not required — the cohort itself is complete on its own.

Is Public Health Club general membership included?

No. Public Health Club general membership is not included with Subcontracting to 6 Figures, but it can be purchased separately for $29.99/month or $300/year — the annual plan saves you about two months in membership dues.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. At checkout you can choose either one payment of $997, or two payments of $548.50 (split across two months). The total under the payment plan is $1,097 to cover processing — pick whichever works better for your cash flow.

Will the live calls be recorded?

Yes. Every module and every weekly Q&A is recorded and added to your portal within 48 hours. Cohort buyers keep the recordings as part of lifelong access.

How do I get my questions answered before I enroll?
